Hi @lephoceen, welcome to the ThinLinc community!

We deliver the community license that allows for 10 concurrent users through our self service portal:

>
> Access your ThinLinc subscriptions and licenses.

You should be able to sign in as a community user and find your way to the “Download community license” button in the dashboard.
