Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @lifeisbinary, welcome to the forum.

I can’t find any clues in the log file, are you sure this is the entire file? In general Ubuntu 18.04 is quite old now. This should not affect ThinLinc in theory, but it’s unlikely that it has been tested on this distribution for some time. If you’re unable to upgrade to a more recent version, perhaps you could try using a more lightweight desktop environment, such as MATE or XFCE. For more information about which desktop enviroments to use in ThinLinc, see:

Let me know if this helps.

Hi @aaron , you are right. It works when connecting MATE desktop environment.
Thanks for your immediate replay.

You and your team are professional!
Good job for your work. I like this software .

Thanks for the kind feedback, glad to hear that MATE works for you; it’s
a popular choice for ThinLinc users. If you need anything else then
don’t hesitate to ask.
