Hi,

Is there any guideline on how to set Yubikeys/TOTP for Thinlinc latest client version on MacOS Tahoe?

Smart card authentication is supported by ThinLinc. So Yubikeys can be used for authentication in ThinLinc, insofar as the Yubikey presents itself as a smart card. More information on this Yubikey feature here:
