Thinlinc server computer can not be accessed using vpn

I am trying to connect to thinlinc server computer from remote. Thinlinc server computer and my laptop both are in the same VPN network and i can access the server computer through ssh using VPN IP address from remote. but from thinlinc client i can not access from remote using VPN.
But when i am under same router, then using local IP address i can access the server using thinlinc client.
