Issue with Ubuntu Desktop on ThinLinc

Hello everyone!

I’m facing an issue with logging into an Ubuntu desktop session on ThinLinc. When I try to log in with user “A” and select Ubuntu desktop, the session gets stuck on the following screen, and login does not complete.

Sometimes, I can log in, but the Ubuntu desktop does not function properly. However, if I choose another desktop environment like XFCE, everything works fine.

Interestingly, with another user, “B”, I can log in to the Ubuntu desktop without any issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
