ThinLinc client unable to connect to ThinLinc server, 'Connection Error: Server refused the connection. Is this a ThinLinc server?

I am able to connect to the web administration from the client computer but when attempting to connect the client to the server I receive a connection error. Not sure how to resolve.

Hello @elzorroazul777,

It looks like vsmagent can not communicate with the ssh server.
Make sure that you have ssh installed and started.
