Ubuntu 22.04 LTS no forward button on client after connecting

Hello,
I installed thinlinc server on ubuntu 22.04 LTS
— System information —
ThinLinc 4.16.0
Linux lgomez 6.5.0-27-generic #28~22.04.1-Ubuntu.

For one of the users of the Ubuntu, when he connects via thinlinc client on Windows, he gets the following issue from any client he tries:
He connects but the forward button is missing, so he cannot connect to his profile.
Other profiles/users work without issues and i cannot replicate the issue with them.

there is no errors in the logs:

What advise can you give me in order to find the issue?
If i do a compleate purge and reinstall of the thinlinc server and restart the ubuntu it starts working, but it breaks again after some time.

Best Regards!

Hello @zinovi

Do you have a local graphical session running on the server with that same user? If so, log out any local sessions before trying to log in with ThinLinc.

Kind regards,
Martin
