We have 10 licenses. No user can open more than 3 sessions. It will disconnect on 4th session.
The maximum number of sessions allowed per user is set as 0.
Any suggestions?

I’d suggest you first have a look in the Thinlinc client logfile for any clues what might
go wrong when trying to connect the 4th session.
Depending on your client os this will be %TMP%/tlclient.log for Windows or ~/.thinlinc/tlclient.log for Linux/Mac.
