i am not getting 10 user concurrent with the community license, what is the issue>
there is no information on why the license community download from the customer portal still shows 3 users only

The process for installing the community licenses is the same as for
regular license files. This process is documented here:
In short, it should be sufficient to perform the following steps:
- copy the downloaded community license file to
/opt/thinlinc/etc/licenses - run
systemctl restart vsmserver
